XRPLHub.io is a financial technology platform built on the XRP Ledger. We provide XRPLScore, on-chain XRPL transaction services, a paid B2B scoring API, and a community grant program. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment advisor, mortgage lender, credit bureau, consumer reporting agency, insurer, or FDIC-insured institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Our services are not available in OFAC-sanctioned regions or where prohibited by applicable law. By using xrplhub.io, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our services are on-chain operational tools delivered via the XRP Ledger. Payments are made through a supported XRPL wallet such as Xaman. Transactions are verified on XRPL mainnet after you sign. All XRPL transactions are final and irrevocable by the nature of the protocol; fees paid are non-refundable. Services are not insurance contracts, securities, derivatives, or financial instruments of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing the decoded transaction we present before you sign it.

XRPLScore™ is a proprietary on-chain assessment (300–850) derived solely from public XRP Ledger wallet data. It is not a FICO score, a consumer credit report, a credit score, or any rating issued by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO), and it has no affiliation with any credit bureau. We make no warranty that XRPLScore reflects creditworthiness as defined by any lender, institution, or credit bureau. XRPLScore is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or out of date at any given moment.

The scoring and report API is sold to businesses for informational and analytical use. API outputs are derived from public on-chain data and are not consumer reports, credit scores, or investigative consumer reports under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or analogous law. You may not use API outputs, alone or in combination with other data, to make or communicate any decision about a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA or the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. You are solely responsible for your own regulatory compliance.

Continuous monitoring is an optional service that reports observed changes in public XRP Ledger data (account activity, an XRPLScore recomputed from that data, an exact-match comparison against the OFAC SDN list, and — only if the XRPL Lending Protocol is enabled — loan status) for wallets you choose, checked about once a day; it is not real-time. It is layered on top of your own underwriting and does not replace it: it cannot see borrower credit, collateral, legal structure, or anything off the ledger, it gives no recommendation, and it does not estimate the probability that any wallet will default. Absence of a reported change is not a statement that a wallet is safe. You may not use any output of the monitoring service, alone or combined with other data, to make or communicate any decision about a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose governed by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA); you confirm this by accepting the acknowledgement required when you subscribe, which we store with a timestamp and version. You are responsible for your webhook endpoint and for verifying webhook signatures; we may disable a webhook that repeatedly fails to acknowledge deliveries, and monitoring capacity is limited and may be full. Monitoring records are append-only and are retained. This addendum is effective 2026-09-20.

Donations to the XRPLHub treasury are voluntary and irrevocable. Every grant application is reviewed by a person; there are no automated approvals or denials. Submission of an application does not guarantee disbursement. Grants range from $25 to $100 (or the equivalent in XRP), subject to treasury availability. XRPLHub reserves the right to deny any application for any reason, including suspected fraud.

You are solely responsible for your XRPL wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. XRPLHub never has access to your private keys and never takes custody of your funds. Lost private keys result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Any communication requesting your seed phrase is fraudulent.

You may not use xrplhub.io for: money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, submission of false grant applications, artificial manipulation of the on-chain data XRPLScore relies on, reverse engineering of our systems, unauthorized automated scraping, or any use that violates applicable law.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XRPLHUB'S LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. All disputes shall be resolved through binding AAA Consumer Arbitration on an individual basis. Class action and jury trial rights are waived. Small claims court actions under applicable thresholds are exempt.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
