Service payments are made from a supported XRPL wallet such as Xaman. After you sign, we verify the transaction on XRPL mainnet and activate the service. XRPL transactions are final and irrevocable, and fees paid are non-refundable.
What is XRPLScore?
XRPLScore is a 300–850 on-chain rating computed live from public XRP Ledger wallet data. It analyzes 8 signals including account age, transaction activity, financial health, token and DEX activity, AMM positions, security configuration, and NFT activity. It is not a FICO score, a consumer credit report, or an NRSRO rating, and has no affiliation with any credit bureau. It is informational only.
How do I connect my wallet?
Tap "Connect Wallet" on the homepage, then approve the sign-in request in your wallet. No transaction is sent and no funds leave your wallet. Your wallet address is stored locally in your browser.
My payment went through but the service didn't activate — what do I do?
Email support@xrplhub.io with your transaction hash (from your wallet's history). We'll verify it on-chain and activate your service, typically within 24 hours.
Is XRPLHub a bank?
No. XRPLHub.io is a financial technology platform on the XRP Ledger. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment advisor, credit bureau, insurer, or FDIC-insured institution.
I need emergency help — how do I apply for a grant?
Grant applications are currently paused until the treasury is funded (see the homepage for status). When they reopen, use "Apply for Grant" on the homepage with your XRPL wallet address and a description of your need. A person reviews every application and makes every decision; no decision time is promised. Approved funds go directly to your wallet.
