  2. Send XRP or RLUSD to the treasury address above
  3. Your payment shows up on the public ledger — you can see it on XRPScan
  4. Grants are approved by a person and paid from the treasury when it holds enough to pay them

Grant applications are paused

We're not taking new grant applications right now. Grants we've already approved are still waiting to be paid, and the treasury doesn't hold enough to pay them yet — so opening the queue to more people would only make people wait. Applications reopen once the treasury is funded.
